Meet Andrew E. Farmer

I am an experienced trial lawyer who has dedicated my career to fighting for my fellow Tennesseans. With over a decade in practice, I have handled virtually every type of case under the sun. My extensive experience helps gain better and swifter results for each client I represent.

Forgive this moment of boastful self description, but you need to know who’s standing beside you. I was elected to the State Legislature in 2012 at age 33, a testament to my desire to serve the good people of Tennessee. I represent the 17th District, serving as 1 of 99 representatives for the 6.7 million residents of this great state. I was a recipient of the President’s Award from the Tennessee Bar Association in 2013 and—soon there after—I was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. I was also named a Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys from 2014 to 2020 and I was listed as the Nation’s top one-percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. I frequently lecture and I am proudly recognized in the community as a top attorney for the people. What all this means is I care very deeply about the people I serve.
I founded Andrew Farmer Law in 2008 and I serve clients across East Tennessee withoffices located in Sevierville and Knoxville, Tennessee. Over the last decade, I have been in court litigating 3-5 days of the week. My main thought everyday is simply this: what is it going to take to win you your case.
Patrick Harrell, lawyer.

Meet Patrick Harrell

As a lifelong resident of East Tennessee, Patrick has seen first-hand the stress and uncertainty that comes from being caught up in the legal system. Licensed in the State of Tennessee in 2001, he started his career with the Lewis King law firm where he became experienced in personal injury defense and real estate transactions. He subsequently owned a title company and practiced solo for many years with a focus on real estate, criminal defense and family law before transitioning to a career as a prosecutor in the 4th Judicial District. As a prosecutor, he handled all aspects of misdemeanor and felony cases in both General Sessions and Criminal Courts. Later, he took a corporate role and became a National Director for both Diamond Resorts and later Hilton Grand Vacations. These roles provided Patrick with the opportunity to travel and experience many of the amazing parts of our country. However, this travel also confirmed his home is in Sevier County.

Giving back to his community was instilled in Patrick from an early age. He has been privileged to serve as the past president of both the Sevierville Noonday Rotary and the Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic. Currently, he is a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains and was honored as Board Member of the Year for 2025. Based on this experience and his desire to help the members of the community, Patrick is thrilled to be returning to the practice of law in his hometown.
